There are many more "End-Time" prophesies that could be mentioned, given time and enough room, here, to consider them. But this will suffice fore the moment. It's enough to show that high officials who shove their "power" under the nose of the Almighty will eventually have their comeuppance.
 7 "Let me refer to the decree of Jehovah; He has said to me: “You are my son; I, today, I have become your father.  8 Ask of me, that I may give nations as your inheritance And the ends of the earth as your own possession.  9 You will break them with an iron scepter, As though a potter’s vessel you will dash them to pieces.” 10 And now, O kings, exercise insight; Let yourselves be corrected, O judges of the earth. 11 Serve Jehovah with fear And be joyful with trembling. 12 Kiss the son, that He may not become incensed And YOU may not perish [from] the way, For his anger flares up easily. Happy are all those taking refuge in him."........ This answer, recorded a thousand years before Christ, is fulfillment of the Lord's Prayer he taught us.
THIS is the ONLY answer we have to look foreword to: (Psalm 2:1-12) . . .Why have the nations been in tumult And the national groups themselves kept muttering an empty thing?  2 The kings of earth take their stand And high officials themselves have massed together as one Against Jehovah and against his anointed one,  3 [Saying:] “Let us tear their bands apart And cast their cords away from us!”  4 The very One sitting in the heavens will laugh; Jehovah himself will hold them in derision.  5 At that time he will speak to them in his anger And in his hot displeasure he will disturb them,  6 [Saying:] “I, even I, have installed my king Upon Zion, my holy mountain.” (continued)

Governments Don't Create Prosperity

Right! Rush did an excellent piece on that today, talking about those who take Lincoln's words about "labor" out of context, to prove that labor is the source of all wealth. Saying that Capitalists make their "immoral profits" by taking unfair advantage of laborers, paying labor less than it's worth, then selling the products labor produces for more than they pay for it. Rush says to his own employees whom he pays very well, "If you think you can do better on your own, go ahead! You're welcome to do so!" Of course, Ideas, and the money it takes from risk taking investors to put up broadcasting networks, or factories to produce products, usually don't come from the rank and file of laborers, do they?

I don't know what quirky thing caused these to be repeated like this, but it was certainly unintentional................

As to those chosen and called to heaven to rule with Christ on his thrown as kings and priests, that's entirely another matter. But the purpose of the earth, and the future of mankind in general, is set in scriptural stone. It remains the same, unchangeable for all eternity.

(Genesis 8:22) . . .For all the days the earth continues, seed sowing and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night, will never cease.” When God gave man the law regarding the tree of the knowledge of good and bad, he implied that man could live on earth forever. (Genesis 2:17) ". . .But as for the tree of the knowledge of good and bad you must not eat from it, for in the day you eat from it you will positively die.” That brings to mind the two alternatives they were given, does it not? Obedience and the gift of everlasting life, or rebellion and it's eventuality, everlasting death! You will not find any other goals or objectives given to them as options. None exist in Holy Scripture.

Really, LouiejQuery15204312183497049993_1315904560508? Ever given any consideration about what Almighty God caused to be recorded concerning the earth, it's purpose and it's future? Some comprehensive Bible research might give you another point of view about that... If you would ever do that, you might be very surprised about what you would find. Start with what God laid out for Adam and Eve, as to their purpose in Eden from the beginning. What alternatives were presented to them? You would be wise to give attention to what is said in the Psalms and Ecclesiastes . Ps 78:69; 104:5; 119:90; Ec 1:4. Also give Isaiah some serious consideration. Ps 37:11; 115:16; Isa 45:18; Re 21:3, 4. Then there is Genesis 8:22;
