A lot of drivel out there John. Apparently there are many still blaming Bush and the Republicans for everything wrong in the world. Meanwhile our president flys off to his vacation in the sun feeling confident he has finally driven enough idiots into the pen and droppped the gate.

I agree! That said, I put a tremendous amount of blame on Republicans for not standing up for themselves. They allowed the media, Obama, Soros etc...the drag them them through the mud without challenging them on anything. Prime example, to this day the public has no clue on how this economy hit a brick wall. The populous believes in a one year period things just happened! Instead of the decades of bad policies from both sides, example the CRA 1995. The excepted explanation is "its Bush fault." Its the same with Foreign Policy. The Obama administration FP has proven to be very naive, incompetent and fraught with ideological hubris.

We need a fiscal policy that we learned during the 30 years from the 1960s to 1990, when our economy only did well as we restrained government spending to an amount...
