I'm basically libertarian on domestic issues and Romney is far from my first choice - but why in the world would you waste your vote on someone who cannot win? Not voting for Romney is at least half a vote for Obama. Romney will have to be at least somewhat responsive to his base and that alone makes him better that Obama. The biggest problem is that if Obama gets another term he will probably be able stack the Supreme Court for decades to come. That is EVERYTHING. If SCOTUS is packed with members who believe that the Constitution is a "living document" (code words for "who cares what it says, we will rule how we think is best") then the republic is OVER. People who are looking to cast a protest vote need to think about that.

I am a former Libertarian Vice Presidential nominee, and a well-known Vegas oddsmaker with one of the most accurate records of predicting political races.

Neither Obama nor Romney are my horses in the race. I believe both Republicans and Democrats have destroyed the U.S. economy and brought us to the edge of economic disaster. My vote will go to Libertarian Presidential candidate Gary Johnson in November, whom I believe has the most fiscally conservative track record of any Governor...
