Bill O'Reilly Loses It During Gun Control Debate

Mr. O'Reilly knows as little about weapons as does Ed Rendell, who on "This Week" spoke of "automatic pistols" that shouldn't be available and then proceeded to reduce himself to village idiot by lambasting Jennifer Rubin for not knowing the difference between auto and semi-auto. Mr. Rendell, what "automatic pistols" did the Aurora shooter or any citizen possess recently? O'Reilly, like Rendell don't know what they don't know. I suspect for all his hockey talk, Mr. O'reilly is a bit of a couch potato and hasn't ever been much of an outdoorsman.

He needs to play more Call Of Duty so he can understand his weapons better!

Other than the Stechkin and the Mauser Broomhandle and a couple of H&K products I don't know of any automatic pistols, even Chesty Puller would have difficulty firing them.

Funny about Puller--- and I deliberately didn't bring up the Broom because the unguns crowd get confused easily.

Once I overheard a gun seller at a Texas Show describe the Red Broom as the ugliest gun ever produced, but to me it looked real pretty and still does.

Glcok 18 machine pistol, accepts a 30 round magazine, that also fits in other Glock 9mm pistols.

Last night on the O'Reilly Factor, the debate between Bill O'Reilly and Rep. Jason Chaffetz got extremely heated after O'Reilly called for Congress to pass a law requiring the registration of all "heavy" weapons to be reported to the FBI because it "makes sense."

First off, if you want to buy a machine gun legally, you can't get one unless you get a special permit from ATF. O'Reilly grossly misstated the facts. You cannot go buy a mortar or a full automatic machine gun at any gun...
