We have an interesting problem. If the blacks feel the Republicans do nothing for them and vote 95% for Democrats, why should the Republicans pay them any attention? In politics, you put your money where you get the best bang for you buck. We have a chicken and egg situation. Which group acts against their, perceived, best interests, first? As long as blacks vote, almost, exclusively Democrat, the Democrats will take them for granted and Republicans will ignore them.
