Lizzie wasn't smart enough to be a Harvard grad. She is the least credentialed person on the Harvard Law faculty, and only got her job there by becoming an Indian, er, Native American at a time when Harvard was passing over more qualified candidates to hire minorities (and pseudo-minorities like Liz) and women.
