If dropping off of 'the fiscal cliff' puts America in the position of begging China for permission to exist, Obama will have succeeded in his quest. He is determined to shift all of America's wealth, power, and influence onto those third world countries which were 'held back' while being ravaged by the 'colonial empires' of the west. The movie "2016 Obama's America" explained that in full, and showed how he came to have that goal.

Some analysts think so.
