I think he meant shudder instead of shutter but he's right, there seems to be no way to stop this vile gang from transforming America, and it's not just Obama, Holder and Kagan, the Congress, if not failing in its duty as a branch of government is hand in glove with them. The Supreme Court is of no consequence as an arbiter, they will do what they are told and that is to reinforce this transformative process. It's sad but it's a fact that the idea of America as suggested by the founders is no longer a consideration, today's leaders have a new idea.

Supreme Court Stands Up For Freedom

The Supreme Court is timid, ineffectual and powerless, they are swatting flies while the greatest hoax in history, the presidency of Barack Obama, continues and the Congress is merely a stamp for Obama's will. The economy is in shambles, there's rioting in the streets, unemployment is rampant and hidden in polls, the Supreme Court matters little in the scheme of things, they are playing whiffle ball while Obama is playing major league hardball with the rights and freedoms of the American people. The last evidence of the worth of courts is in small towns where non-lawyers act as judges ruling on traffic offenses, all courts above them are filled with hacks with one finger up ruling by political winds.
Mr. Hewitt, where have you been, what have you been smoking? The makeup of the senate and house has always required that all members engage in legislative discourse, this gives 94 senators and 429 representatives time away from the most pressing issues we've faced in years to do what? They won't sit on their hands, they will be up to deviltry out of our view while the 12 nefarious selectmen hold our attention. Nefarious is strong but with John Kerry in the group of 12 there will be treachery he couldn't do in the normal group of 100 senators and there will be no compromise or concession possible - if that preening cockatoo becomes the spokesman, God save America.
Wrong, Democrats don't mind Mormons as long as they don't run for president, his colleagues in the Senate roll over, beg, bark and whine for Harry Reid, that old curmudgeon is a Mormon. But he's a convert and chances are he converted to that religion for practical political purposes because he does nothing unless it advances him politically and profits him financially. We only hear from him here in Nevada when he runs for office and comes back to relate about his hardscrabble childhood in Searchlight and the dreary story about killing a jackrabbit for supper.

Defending the Indefensible

Will Chief of Staff William Daley be given the job to tell Obama it's time for him to go, better sooner than later but perhaps they will time his departure by allowing him to decline running again and settle for finishing his term. It's unlikely he would come down from his throne of his own accord but the people that placed him must recognize he's a disaster, the question is whether they dare allow Joe Biden to have time in office as a replacement, imagine the Democrats going into the 2012 campaign with Biden at the helm.

Will Obama Seize His Big Mac Moment?

This mentions calling evil by its name but Obama will not do that, he had difficulty commenting on the Ft. Hood murderer Hasan. His thought was that we shouldn't jump to conclusions about Hasan, perhaps he will tell these young soldiers they should not jump to conclusions when adherents of Islam set out to kill or maim them. He may be the president but he is not fit to address soldiers when his purpose is mere political posturing, perhaps if he were there to thank them and assure them they will get all the support the nation can muster. But even that would be a lie, Bill Clinton professed to loath the military, Obama has less consideration, the military is of little concern to him.

I'm guessing that most of these no-names will be angered their names are out there in the public arena. Obviously they have remained anonymous to avoid scrutiny, they aren't quite as secretive as CIA employees but it's close. The only name I recognized was Dina Titus because I live in Nevada and we hear from her from time to time. It's best she stays low, that deer in the headlights look and fingernails on a blackboard don't exactly inspire confidence.

Don't condemn General Casey for his comment, he didn't gain his position by saying no to his civilian leaders, he knows his place. I'm sure Obama, and the world's Muslims, appreciated his comment, I can hear them saying, "See, we are not such bad guys, the general as much as said that's so." It is hard to believe that a man with Casey's education and experience would make a statement based on initial reports, hopefully he wasn't following Obama's example when he condemned a police department on vague and incomplete information. The military did speak too quickly on the female officer's actions but she did try, she faced danger bravely and resolutely, and that was noteworthy. The big problem is that the military seems to feel it...
