Today a local grocery store in my area was advertising "hispanic meat." I'm still try to figure out what that is. Didn't buy any. I don't think. I mean, how would i know--what with all the talk about "horse meat" I wasn't sure.....

Government watchdog Judicial Watch has released video footage of a sensitivity training produced by the United States Department of Agriculture, a training mandatory for USDA employees. The footage reveals the instructor telling class attendees he doesn't like the word "minorities" but instead prefers "emerging majorities."
