reward attendance and finishing high school with lo interest student loan, which MUST be repaid(or face some type of penalty) PEOPLE MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS or be prepared to accept the consequences...that's what is wrong with welfare...YOU are rewards for inaction...we all need help some time in our lives, my daughter with an MBA lost her job 5 yrs ago when her company went bankrupt...she was on unemployment for 5months, but continued to pay her student loans til she found a job...she needed help, but she pounded the pavement til she found REAL WORK.

get off the couch, move from the corner smoking cigarettes(!),leave the park...work for the city/town/community sweeps streets, cutting grass for elderly, picking up trash...(let the fed. government help local govts. paying wages for those kind of things rather than just HANDING people a check...EARN YOUR keep!!!limit access to medicade to children under 14, provide madatory birth control education to all kids 14 and older...parents too...and free birth control for 1 year...after that offer it a reduced cost. do away with head start(it has been proven that it doesn't make a difference in a child's future educational progress), employ 'welfare queen's' as baby sitters in locally run daycare so other moms can work.

we must "take away" the takes 'swag'...setting limits...1 year on any kind of welfare...1 year on aid to dependent children...no matter how many you have (you can make 1 mistake and get a years worth of help...then take responsibility for your actions), 1 year on unemployment (if you are healthy and cannot find a job, WORK for your check...go to mcdonalds, volunteer ,work for the govt. pick up trash in parks, and along side the roads,where are those shovel ready jobs...? there are many things that the govt. pays too much $$ for, have the unemployed do those jobs),6 months of food stamps(you can reapply in a year if still in need, and then only for 3 months, NO MORE obama phones....who do you HAVE to call if you are on welfare???

republicans will NEVER win again if they keep quiet and don't SHOUT about voter fraud! of course obama cheated...he lied...he had his goons doing EVERYTHING in their power to steal/buy/forge/miscount/deliberately mislead the voting process....go after those states who demanded showing ID!! how can we NOT show ID to vote??? no,obama won by cheating and stuffing the ballot box...and republicans are just sitting by wringing their hands wondering WHY?HOW?
