Um, no. He never bothers to vote in elections. Maybe once every ten years. The Smoking Gun has the scoop.http://www.thesmokinggun.com/documents/celebrity/ben-affleck-hollywood-hypocrite Affleck's voting record is even worse than Caroline Kennedy's was. Also, I will never forgive Affleck for describing Rick Lazio, Hillary Clinton's senate opponent in 2000 as someone who was a "frat boy running around in his underwear" when Hillary was hard at work. Vassar College, which Lazio and I attend, does not have fraternities.. Actually, it's Affleck who had a terrible alcohol problem.

Actor Ben Affleck has never been shy about expressing his political views. In the past, he's hinted at making a run for a U.S. Senate seat in Massachusetts and now that Senator John Kerry will be leaving his position to head up the State Department, it seems Affleck may be seriously considering taking his place.

Ben Affleck is not denying rumors that he could run for Senate in Massachusetts if Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) steps down.

“One never knows," he told CBS anchor Bob Schieffer, in a taped interview for Sunday's episode...
