I don't get it. Tell me what is being cut. All that is happening is the rate of spending INCREASE is being reduced from 4% to 2%. Why can't DoD or any other Federal agency do what they did last year with 2% more money? I say, bring it on. These automatic reductions in the rate of incease are not what is needed to get our out-of-control government back in line, but it is better than nothing. Stop talking about non-existent cuts.

You must remember the conspiracy between the democrats and the media regarding the deamonizing and vilifying of President Bush. The low info voters bought it and elected a democrat house and senate in 2006. obama is hoping for the same landslide in 2014 so he can enact his agenda. It wasn't for reasons that included, but were not limited to, two wars. Now the national debt is racing toward an unsustainable $17 trillion.

This time around it isn't about closing government. It's about "sequestration," which President Obama, the Democrats and their big media...
