Oh please, all Federal departments will see an incease in spending every year under sequestration. The incease will just be a little less than projected. Only a Democrat would call this a cut. Bring it on. Everyone talks about how the Republicans will resist any reduction in the rate of spending for Defense. I can't wait to see how the progressives/liberals/marxists will squirm over the decreased rate of spending for their holy social progams. The amount involved needs to be four times the current amount to really reduce spending. This is all smoke and mirrors.
