These comments are hilarious and sad at the same time. It is really nobody's business whether someone is fat or not. The carrot for a healthy lifestyle is usually a long, healthy life. The stick for an unhealthy lifestyle is usually either an early death or a miserable prolonged life due to poor health. I really hope this article is tongue in cheek.
