You are clearly seeing in my response what you want. I see the destiny of the fertilized egg as being tantamount to an acknowledgement of its inherent humanity. It IS human because it WILL be fully developed at the end of term. Therefore it is my heartfelt belief that this fertilized egg has all the rights endowed by nature of any human being. Although it is not fully developed it IS a human being. Try to keep up, I know this is a difficult concept for a reptile.
