the people didnt vote on obamacare the congress did that AGAINST the peoples wishes i have not seen on any ballot a chance to vote for or aginst obamacare

There were a few other issues involved in the last election, not just Obamacare. A vote for Mr Obama does not necessarily translate into approval of Obamacare.

The ballot was the last election. Romney promised to issue waivers to all 50 states on his first day as President which would have effectively put a stake in the heart of Obamacare.
