What did we learn from General Petraeus' testimony to that Congressional committee? Yes, the CIA's determined that Al Qaeda was behind the attack in Benghazi and wanted to keep it TOP SECRET. Why? Why inform the enemy you are on to them. Al Qaeda thanks the feckless Republican party for giving them a heads-up that the USA will be hunting them down in Libya.

They just don't get change - new people, new ideas, new languages, new ways of thinking, new religions, new problems or new solutions. But the only thing constant in the world is change, and that just confuses the reptilian GOP to no end.

The entire Republican platform was a big, beautiful empty cliche of freedom from taxes, government, healthcare, education, infrastructure, regulation and interaction with minorities. Their mythical Whites R Us sensibility was a still photo of 1950's America reflecting their one and only vision of the future.

sheeesh..'.at least the Dems acknowledge a relationship between taxing and spending!
This whole debt situation is becoming really, really annoying. The Republicans promise to be for small government but after their two expensive wars (Iraq and Afghanistan) and their own socialist health care entitlement called Medicare Prescription, isn't it time to allow the Bush tax cut to expire for the rich? This Republican spending has to be paid for at some time, doesn't it?

Mitt Romney blames election loss on Obama giving out free stuff to voters. But doesn't the Republican party pander to evangelical Christians by giving welfare to Israel?
