It Begins: Confiscation of Private Funds by Government Desperate for Cash

Private property is at risk in the USA. The Dems will find a way in the future to confiscate private saving accounts like 401Ks for a meager return in order to fund their ever exploding welfare/entitlement society. The EU is eyeing this idea at this very moment, and both know it is the only way to fend off economic Armageddon with their unsustainable debts. People that do not thnk this can happen will be astounded when it does. Its that or default !

There are lots of options, yet.

Default is most likely, but we also have inflation, selling off federal lands, and, most unlikely, eradicating the IRS and FED.

DD, I don't even think the regressive/democrats will offer a meager return. They will confiscate the savings/investments of the producers, in some sort of contrived economic crisis, and redistribute it for the "common good". Those of us who worked hard, did without, and saved are going to be as poor as those who did nothing. The only people who will gain are the elitist "Rulers".

The small country of Cyprus is giving the world a grave reality check today by reminding everyone that government money is simply the people's money redistributed as the European Union prepares to seize private bank account savings in order to bailout years of bad economic decisions.

The surprise decision by euro zone leaders to part-fund a bailout of Cyprus by taxing bank deposits sent shockwaves through financial markets on Monday, with shares and the bonds of struggling euro zone governments tumbling.

The bloc struck a deal on Saturday to hand Cyprus rescue loans worth...
