Citizens United, Inc, a nonprofit, on behalf of its members & donors produced a video, not even a TV show or mass media ad, about Hillary. Show me how that isn't protected entirely by the First Amendment?

Explain to me how MSNBC or the NYT can publish politically slanted info all day long, but Citizens United or the NRA can't?

My husband and I donated to Citizens United to help fund that video. We are proud to have a Citizens United sticker on our car.
Perhaps it would be better if we had a seiu sticker or a uaw sticker???

Remember when President Obama slammed the Supreme Court in front of the world during his 2010 State of the Union address for their 2009 Citizens United ruling? Well it looks like Sen. John McCain would have done the same. Yesterday on Meet the Press, McCain called the Supreme Court "uninformed, arrogant and naive" while warning of political "scandals" as a result of the ruling.

MSNBC also used the Citizens United ruling as a punching bag after they lost the Wisconsin recall election to weeks ago.
