This is a clear case of medical malpractice! The legal phrase "res Ipsa Loquiter" was originally adopted for exactly this situation, where a simple medical procedure results in death or maiming and the Dr's say "you can't prove I did it." Instead, in this type of situation, the burden of proof shifts to the Dr's to prove who else did it or the Dr is liable. If this girl was bleeding profusely after the procedure then it sure as hell looks like the surgeons didn't properly cauterize the surgery site and the recovery room nurses neglected to monitor the girl's condition as she bleed out under their watch. Now the hospital is in a hurry to declare her dead before the parents figure out what's going on. PS, autopsies are not conducted on patients that die in a hospital. So, unless the parents pay for a private autopsy, there ain't gonna be one and the Dr's can continue killing people. Expect to see lots more of this sort of thing under O'Bummer care when the Dr's are Democrat political appointees. You can look to Chicago healthcare for some sterling examples when Moochell had some influence on the quality of. Are provided by hospitals for the poor...
