An individual may (and we ALL do, every day) discriminate on a personal level. This is something that cannot be legislated away, nor "fixed" with any forced compliance. Unless "taken public", a business is merely an extension of the person and they do reserve the right to refuse service. If you actually believe in freedom - not just lip service - you accept this. Unfortunately, it seems you believe in "freedom for me, but not for thee" lip service and would force others to YOUR will. The axiom that 'tyrants create their enemies who would destry them" also applies to groups and organizations. Many activist movements today are very "in your face" and repeatedly attempt to abuse the force of government to get their way without consideration of others. They are creating their own enemies.
