Appearently, you are not that good of an observer. Miss Ginsburg did NOT even suggest that Mr. Maher should not be allowed to speak. She did disagree with and condemn his remarks. She also offered the suggestion that he should think before he speaks.
But none of that even remotely suggests that government should do anything to stop him from saying whatever he wants. So why did you even bring up censors and/or censorship? Miss Ginsberg is merely excercising her rights as well.
I might agree in general with your comments about censorship being a bad thing. But censorship is not involved either with Mr. Maher's comments, or with Miss Ginsberg's comments on those comments.
