Hate to say it, but I voted for the idiot too. And I didn't make up my mind until the last debate when McCain kept going on and on about "Joe the Plumber" and couldn't let it go. He sounded like an old person who can't fully process new information. America was going down the tubes with debt, and if you recall the things he promised, it was ending the war, constitutional alignment, transparency, getting a handle on the rising crippling cost of healthcare. Basically he lied, and folks bought into what he said he was going to do. I have a bigger problem with people who voted for him the second time around after he already proved he was a liar. And, I blame the GOP for running bland uninteresting candidates who are far left leaning, and the media for hiding true conservative candidates like Ron Paul. I doubt 50% of the voting public even heard of/knew of Ron Paul. That was the intention of the media knowing his message would appeal to both sides and especially younger voters. We let the media win more so than the candidates.
