Prager always seems to side step the issue of which God we should follow and whose rules show we obey. Obviously, Prager uses the term God to refer to the God of the old and new testaments. But is he aware that most human beings on planet earth are indifferent to or unaware of the Christian God. And yet they get out of bed every day and go about their business with no knowledge of the 10 commandments and other religious laws derived from the Bible.
I live in China which is a land almost devoid of any religion. According to Prager, the streets should be running with blood from mass murder. After all, they don't have a holy book to tell them not to kill indiscriminately. In fact, the per capita murder rate in China is a tiny fraction of that in America. How can this be?
The Buddists, the Hindus, the Muslims, the Christians, the Jews, the Mormons, and a few others old and new. They all have different rules. What about Shariah law? Will the laws of any religion do or does your thesis work only with the Christian God?
