And last but not least.
A month after my mother died I went in for repair of a torn meniscus and was given Levaquin it was given as an IV push. Never supposed to be given in an IV push but in a bolus over at least a 90 minute period. I ended up with kidney problems, both Achilles tendons swollen and nearly ruptured, night terrors, severe pain and weakness in all lower extremities all cause by the Levaquin. Come to find out they have no discovered that Levaquin sensitivity can be hereditary. Isn't that just special. I went through 8 months of pure living hell having to have intense physical therapy. I was lucky because my tendons didn't rupture.
