Netanyahu and Israel get an A- for how they handled these strikes. But they could do better.
Netanyahu should take the example of the President of the Republic of Korea. Back on April 1, 2013 President Park Geun-hye told the ROK's minister of Defense and senior generals of the ROKA that any provocation against the ROK would be met with decisive military action without regard to political considerations. The same day the ROK changed its rules of engagement to allow local units to respond immediately to attacks, rather than waiting for permission from Seoul. Israel should consider adopting the same rules of engagement.
