This has got to Stoop NOW! Here is part of the Constitutional Amendment which I believe shall protect the Religious Liberties of our Military Personnel: Section 2 No Branch of the Armed Services of the United States shall ban it's Chaplains from invoking the name of God, for fear of offending members of other Faiths, or of offending those who confess no religious beliefs at all. Chaplains shall not be relieved of their commands over a military chapel because, consistent with DOMA’s definition of marriage, he could not allow same-sex weddings to take place in the chapel. No Members the Armed Services of the United States of America shall wear on their uniforms Symbols which shall be construed as transforming the Personnel wearing them into Crusaders for any Religion. No service member shall be reprimanded, or threatened with "severe and possibibly carrer ending repremands", for expressing his faith’s religious position about homosexuality in any way. No service members shall recieve carrer-ending punishment, for sending personal invitations to his promotion party mentioning that he would be providing foods from restaurants, due to his respect for the Defense of Marriage Act. No senior military or naval Officials shall send out emails, officially instructing officers to recognize “the religious right in America” as a “domestic hate group” akin to the KKK and Neo-Nazis because of its opposition to homosexual behavior. No enlisted personnel in any Branch of the Armed Services shall be either threatened or denied promotion by a senior NCO for expressing – during a personal conversation – his religious belief in support of traditional marriage.. The right of Citizen Soldiers and naval officers to be safe, secure, and sure of their general welfare, within all Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, or other needful Buildings, and properties set aside in this Constitution, and in any Way related to the United States Military shall not be abridged. Therefore, No religious beliefs and rituals, which either contradict or undermine the traditional moral and spiritual Values inherited from many religions, or undermine the traditional moral and spiritual Values inherited from many religions, or which may endanger the safety and well being of United States military Personnel; shall be practiced on any properties owned, operated, or in any way related to the U.S. Military, or the Navy, thereof.
