I used to work at a nice hotel as Food and Beverage cost control clerk.
I was responsible for, among other thing, keeping track of meat purchases.
Every bag of ground beef, every whole prime rib, every piece of meat had a tag and a number.
And this had to check out each and every day
Total value of meat inventory- around $4000 on any given day.
I would have been fired had this not balanced.
And isn't this the same police force that had to use eight officers to arrest two people handing out flyers in Philadelphia?
