As a retired business owner, I can say this: you don't tell racially insensitive jokes in front of employees and you don't allow pornography in the work place. What you do at home is your own business, but if you subject your employees to your crass behavior, you are subject to a lawsuit. The deposition was not about Paula Deen's behavior at home. It was about her behavior in front of her employees, and the behavior of her brother IN THE WORKPLACE. By allowing her brother to do whatever he pleased, she, as co-owner, is equally responsible. I don't have to call you names. I leave that up to those who defend the indefensible.
