The statement was made: " This is dangerously close to infringing on our free speech rights." These actions are "close" only because they are on the other side of infringing. The actions were infringement, clear and intended to silence a rising force in order to affect the outcome of the election. Remember the air traffic controllers being fired for their attempt at organizing? All of the controllers that were fired lost all of their benefits and their accrued pensions. This should end up no differently. And if it can be traced to the President's office, that should be the same result there also. No pension or continuing medical benefits.
