Amazing, this Jacoby guy is in some alternate reality where spending lots money on something is supposed to be the same as getting real results. The truth is the border is just as porous as it always has been and the Border Patrol is still tied up in knots making every Federal Judge in the Southwest happy letting criminals loose. It doesn't take a lot of money to secure the Border it takes guts and a wilingness to inflict some pain on the Lawbreakers. No more water stations in the desert, and no more mountaintop lookouts with radios manned by illegal coyotes. Allow the ranchers to enforce a castle doctrine on their property stopping trespassers with whatever force necessary. That would make a difference. Oh one more thing please stop the Feds from advertising food stamps outside the US.
