Back on April 9, 2013 Sowell wrote about the situation on the Korean peninsula "Since when has it been considered smart to tell your enemies what your plans are?" Sowell did not think it was wise to tell the DPRK that it would face military consequence if it acted provocatively inspite of 60 years of giving the DPRK no consequence for its actions. Sowell is a results oriented person so let's look at the results for the last month.
