Right now, it doesn't seem as if George W. Bush was anywhere near a "great" President. He may never be seen that way. However, Bush was superior to his successor in many ways. Bush accepted responsibility in ways Obama never has, and likely never will. Obama has blamed his predecessor more than any other President in recent memory. And it appears Obama is not the "widely admired" President he thinks, and Bush is not the "widely-despised" President the liberal media contends. In time, all things will change, and the perception of Bush already has.
