Until the DPRK actually launches a missile the potential military action by the DPRK is only a sideshow. The more important story right now is how the DPRK is facing a famine this year, and it has chosen actions which will make the famine worse not better. Press reports have the DPRK facing a severe food shortage, and stories of cannibalism are now becoming commonplace. The EU has turned down requests for food aid, and Mongolia (??) has been approached. How many people will starve in the DPRK this year?
