Actually, it was not so much what the surviving terrorist says that matters, it is what he did in full view of the public and of the police. A conviction should be gotten on that alone and even without the actual bombing. How is Miranda designed to protect someone who is demonstrably guilty? Where is the sense in that? Yet I worry that the Miranda issue will play a huge role in the prosecution of this waste of protoplasm. (Oh, sorry, didn't his mother or aunt or someone say he was an angel? My mistake.)
