Nope; his point is that for a person to believe in right and wrong, there is an inherent assumption that something must be guiding that moral absolute. The machinations that you must go through to accept right and wrong while denying a Moral Lawgiver are quite fascinating. He does not seem to suggest Christianity is the answer, merely that a Supreme Being seems to be a logical conclusion. If you are interested, read Mere Christianity if you haven't already done so.
