Your posts suggest that you support letting all prisoners go free and never trying another one. Is jailing an innocent person any less wrong than executing him? Isn't it just a matter of degree? Is it not still judgment to hand out a traffic or parking ticket? /sarcasm Yes, errors are made in the administration of justice. Witnesses lie. Juries get it wrong. But there are also crimes committed. We do the best we can. DNA testing is now available, and should be used to release those who are not guilty. Those who ARE guilty should be punished. And, by the way, if you are a liberal, how dare you quote scripture! We have "separation of church and state" in this country!
