This illustrates one of the concerns I have with law enforcement. If tomorrow, the Congress bypasses the Constitutional process of banning guns (which makes the banning illegal), it will not be the military I fear, but police. For too long we have not curbed the power of police in this country to the point where they have no real issue in arresting you because somone told them too. Not because it is legal under the Constitution of the US or their state, but just because someone said do it. And they also don't have an issue with pointing a gun at a citizen. I've said this before and I'll say it again, I have first hand knowlege of how your typical LEO behaves, thinks, and acts.
