My daughter is a civilian contractor living in Dongducheon, Korea. From her apartment she can see the DMZ about 2km away. Her job is running a tank and gunship target live-fire gunnery range training helicopter gunship and tank crews. For the last 6 months she's been working 12 hrs/day for 12 days at a time, day or night, rain or shine. According to her, the battalion commanders wait in line to get their units training time. The commanders know the danger and are doing their best to be ready. As a father, my only hope is that the missiles and artillery rounds go over her head on their way to Seoul...
