Dealing with North Korea is like bench-pressing 50 lb. more than your usual weight. It's hard, but not complicated. The United States should cancel the Free Trade Agreement, not just to help our struggling taxpayers, but also to discomfit North Korea. It should pull its human shields out of the DMZ. That's just the warmup. The heavy lifting involves North Korea's master, China. To get China's attention, this country should cancel half the Chinese share of our national debt. If that fails, cancel the remainder. Then kick China out of Long Beach. Then the Canal Zone. Then announce publicly that it will take any aggression by North Korea as an act of war by China.
