According to the state speaker of the house Mitchell did not violate any rules by responding in that way. Mitchell says that he feels uncomfortable having to walk the halls of the state house and see pictures of men who used to be both slave owners and lawmakers as well as having to work with people whose ancestors used to own slaves. I'm calling Bravo Sierra on that excuse as it is weak at best. Nothing gives him the right to speak that way to someone. Liberal Hypocrites...ugh.
