You may, in fact, be right, Jack. But it is no slam dunk certainty. Monday and Tuesday's sessions indicated that the Court may not even decide to rule on these cases due to lack of standing of the petitioners, or lack of jurisdiction. In two instances I read that they said that the Court has never done such a thing before, the Prop. 8 citizens (versus public officials), and the Obama administration effectively asking for an advisory opinion since they have ceased to defend DOMA.
So you should offer a little more reasoning. Your attempts to just blow your views past us is insulting.
