Jack2894, you continue to assert that Loving v. Virginia will be the basis of a decision that marriage has to be granted to same-sex couples. At least you have a reason for your opinion, but I again must point out that your reasoning is flawed. Marriage is defined as the union of a man and a woman. Look it up. When the Supreme Court found that it was unconstitutional to prohibit by law the marriage of a man a woman of different races they used the importance of marriage, the fact that it is regarded by society as a basic right, as their reason. They never imagined changing the basic definition of the right itself to encompass same-sex unions.
