"Sundered by no-fault divorce and co-habitation..."
Which absolutely BEGS the question, how come Conservatives haven't proposed ballot initiatives to:
1) Rescind no-fault divorce and/or
2) Amend State income tax laws in order to consider the financial sharing of rent/expenses of couples cohabitating as some type of income or benefit that can be taxed, which will go away once they are married
Didn't no-fault divorce "redefine" Marriage? Doesn't cohabitation on a huge scale "threaten" Marriage?
If this is all about "protecting Marriage", WHY don't Conservatives dilute the oppositions financial resources by also pursuing no-fault divorce reform, and trying to make cohabitation so much less appealing?
What about Williams v North Carolina?
