Great idea. I also believe that Jefferson's idea was most excellent, relative to any new bill. His position was that ANY legislation, once introduced, should remain available for review and comment for a year "WITHOUT ANY CHANGE TO THE TEXT", before it could be voted on, to allow the People to let their representatives know whether they did or did not support the proposal in the bill. ...The DNC and the atrocious qurap that it has foisted on the American People by their pro-communist leadership, or the atrocious qurap that the RNC has allowed to pass in the name of "bi-partisanship" all could have been avoided, had contemporary politicians had the testicular fortitude to demand such Jeffersonian controls over this absurd Congress.
