Mmmmmmmm ......... How about a requirement of being in a supervisory positioning the TSA one must be a VET, or disabled! Way back when they first began hiring I was turned down for a supervisor position ( was originally going for just a screener slot) because (and I did have a Doctors letter informing them my injury was healing and would not prevent performing the job) I was not able to lift with both arms 40 pounds over head height. They didn't accept it or the fact I could do it with the good arm, or the fact I could lift with the injured arm the weight up to waist high. But after seeing those that did get the jobs I am glad I did not get it, I know I would have been let go for having common sense and not being "Politically Correct"!
