Why do they do this, what possible outcome do the think they will get. If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try again? This reminds me of the fiasco about the hole n the ozone layer. As a building engineer who worked with all types of refrigerants, I had to study and take a test to get accredited to actually work with refrigerants. The price of certain refrigerants skyrocketed beyond belief. Extra equipment had to purchased. But wouldn't you know, 12 years later the experts admitted that they were wrong about the cause of the ozone hole. You see, they first said that one molecule of R-12 would destroy 100,000 molecules of ozone. R-12 was most prevalent of the refrigerants.
