As ususal, we readers can thank Dr. Williams for a truly thought-provoking analysis of the issue and for an accurate synopsis of what we're up against, regarding this problem. And no one can argue with his conclusion that schools of education have got to be eliminated.
That elimination, however, will never take place as long as we remain a nation whose elected leaders are being guided by a hollow worldview with no center. Currently, our education industry is in total disarray, and there is no agreed-upon theory of education that our system is being philosophically guided and united by. That's the problem we must confront and deal with now.
How are we going to resolve this dearth of philosophical unity, purpose, and direction?
