Coca Cola = 97 calories per 8 oz.
Orange Juice = 110 calories per 8 oz.
A calorie is a calorie. It is a measure of energy.
So, if the objective is to prevent obesity, then orange juice needs to be included in the ban. However, if scurvy prevention is the main issue, then orange juice should be left alone. I don't believe I ever heard the Mayor mention scurvy in his rants. So, OJ should be included in the size limitations. It has over 10 % higher calorie count than Coca Cola.
