Problems - no matter what type - are not resolved by incessantly focusing on why we disagree. Especially, when the problems are accompanied by strongly held beliefs. Rather, IMHO, problems are resolved by slowly and methodically, identifying any place where two opposing viewpoints can agree. Kudos to everyone willing to accept that, at least in this one limited instance, TH'ers and John Cusack can come together. Shame on all the others that simply want to wallow in archetypes and generalizations. Do we have the intellectual, emotional and political honesty to be part of a solution?
